About the Role
Warehouse Operative
This is a great opportunity to work for a market leading company with a supportive and team orientated environment. You will play a key role within the warehouse and very rarely you may be required to cover for the delivery driver (no more than approximately three times a year)
As a Warehouse Operative, your main responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Picking and packing components efficiently, using your initiative to determine the best methods.
Assessing order notes for accuracy and performing quality control checks during packing.
Cutting, labelling, and writing product information on panels and casings.
Operating machinery such as power presses, banders, and wrapping machines.
Receiving and recording returned goods and managing stock accurately.
Gathering parts, elements, and brackets, and labelling adaptors.
Maintaining a weekly production log and performing general housekeeping in the warehouse.
Conducting the annual stock take.
Any other reasonable tasks delegated by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Occasional cover for delivery driver duties, including potential overnight stays.
Requirements:
Full clean driving licence.
Counter-balance forklift licence (Aisle Master/Bendi licence is advantageous).
Experience in a similar operational warehouse role.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Based in Ledbury, our client is offering a salary of £26,534.04 Monday- Friday 8.30am - 5pm (4pm finish on Friday) plus excellent additional benefits.
