Der Bereich Informationstechnologie (IT) der Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG verantwortet die Bereitstellung, den Betrieb und die konzeptionelle und technologische Weiterentwicklung aller Informationssysteme der Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG und ihrer Tochtergesellschaften. Die IT ist dabei kontinuierlich bestrebt, die Geschäftsprozesse von HEIDELBERG durch Einsatz moderner Technologien weiterzuentwickeln, und diese so effizient wie möglich bei gleichzeitig hohem Exzellenzanspruch bereitzustellen. Vor diesem Hintergrund will die IT ihre Steuerungsfähigkeit und ihre Prozessreife weiter erhöhen. Ein entscheidender Baustein dieser strategischen Überlegungen ist der Aufbau eines CIO Office Teams, welches als zentrale Denkfabrik des HEIDELBERG CIO die strategischen Leitplanken der IT-Funktion definiert und weiterentwickelt, die IT-Governance ausprägt, strategische Management Entscheidungen vorbereitet sowie Kostenmanagement, Projekt-Portfolio-Management und Resource Management IT-übergreifend koordiniert und sicherstellt. HEIDELBERG sucht deshalb zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt am Standort Wiesloch einen IT Strategy Consultant, der die Zukunft der HEIDELBERG IT in einem dynamischen Umfeld aktiv gestaltet und vorantreibt. Ihre Aufgaben Mitarbeit in Definition und Weiterentwicklung der strategischen Leitplanken der IT-Funktion, insb. Business-IT-Schnittstelle, IT-Service-Portfolio, Art und Ort der Leistungserbringung sowie dafür erforderliche Fähigkeiten Mitarbeit in der Definition, Ausgestaltung und Etablierung von Entscheidungswegen, -kriterien, und -gremien innerhalb der IT-Organisation sowie Überwachung der Einhaltung dieser Aufbereitung und Ausarbeitung einheitlicher und zielgruppengerechter Management-Unterlagen für Vorstandssitzungen, Lenkungskreise, IT-Management- oder andere Regel-Abstimmungen auf Management-Ebene Orchestrierung von und Mitarbeit in Problem-solving Sessions mit IT- und Fachbereichskollegen, um strukturiert und lösungsorientiert komplexe Herausforderungen in der IT-Transformation zu bewältigen Aktive Mitarbeit in und Gestaltung der HEIDELBERG IT-Transformation Kontinuierlicher Abgleich vorhandener Fähigkeiten mit mittelfristigem Bedarf. Sicherstellung der Passgenauigkeit und übergreifender Konsistenz von Stellenausschreibungen und -besetzungen Koordination von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen der IT-Mitarbeiter Unsere Anforderungen Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) der Fachrichtung (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder -Ingenieurwesen, Mathematik, Naturwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs Relevante Berufserfahrung in strategischen IT-Vorhaben und/ oder Erfahrungen in der IT-Strategie- oder -Managementberatung von Vorteil Konzeptionelles Denken, strukturierte Herangehensweise bei gleichzeitig hohem Maß an Flexibilität Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, kontinuierlich komplexe Sachverhalte proaktiv und kritisch zu hinterfragen, methodisch sauber und klar zu beschreiben, Verbesserungsvorschläge zu entwickeln, auszuarbeiten und in die gelebte Alltagspraxis umzusetzen Selbstständige, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsgeschick und Überzeugungskraft sowie Stressresistenz und Belastbarkeit Kompetenz und Erfahrung in den MS Office Anwendungen Freude an fachlicher und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung Sehr gute Deutsch- und sichere Englischkenntnisse Why work for HEIDELBERG?
