Level 3 Early Years Educator

The Role:

We are looking for a reflective, motivated, and passionate Early Years Educator to to work within one of our partner Nurseries in Towcester. As an Early Years Educator, you'll plan, deliver, and assess learning experiences that spark curiosity and creativity. You'll support children across the nursery, adapting your approach to different ages and developmental needs. You'll also model best practice for colleagues, support inclusion, and help ensure the nursery environment remains high-quality, safe, and inspiring.

The Setting:

The Nursery is a purpose-built setting focused on outdoor learning and holistic early education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and evaluate engaging learning experiences in line with EYFS
• Observe and assess children's progress, identifying next steps
• Mentor and support less experienced practitioners
• Work collaboratively with families and professionals to support each child's needs

Prerequisites:

• Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or higher)
• Experience across a range of early years age groups
• Strong observation and assessment abilities
• Knowledge of inclusion and SEND practices

All candidates who register with Simply Education are required to provide references for the previous 2 years of work, as well as complete an enhanced DBS check. Any interviews we hold will be conducted over a Teams call.
