The structure of the team means you will have genuine input into shaping the local offering, while being fully supported by an established and L500 recognised banking practice.The team advises on a broad range of financing transactions, acting for lenders, borrowers and investors across multiple sectors. As such, you will gain exposure to high-quality, often multi-jurisdictional work, with the chance to develop a well-rounded and commercial skillset.You will be involved across the full transaction lifecycle, from drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents, through to handling intercreditor arrangements, conditions precedent processes and deal completion.
