Functie
- Manage and oversee the financial control of complex projects and contract portfolios.
- Monitor and optimize financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, cost control, and cash flow management.
- Prepare accurate and insightful financial reports for both financial and operational stakeholders.
- Analyze project plans, contracts, and financial performance to identify risks and opportunities at an early stage.
- Advise Project Managers, Contract Managers, and senior management on financial matters and decision-making.
- Prepare and review decisions that have significant financial impact.
- Initiate and support process improvements within Finance & Control.
- Share knowledge and best practices to further strengthen the financial maturity of the organization.
Profiel
- Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in Finance, Business Economics, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Controller, Financial Controller, or a similar Finance & Control role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.
- Strong understanding of Moneth-end-Closing actvities.
- Experience working within project-based organizations or contract-driven environments.
- Solid understanding of project and contract management.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent command of the English language; Dutch is considered a plus.
- Able to advise and challenge stakeholders at both operational and management levels.
