About the Role
A bit about the roleAs a Digital Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the division with the day to day management, trading and optimisation of the Selfridges website across devices.As Digital Assistant you will:Support the Optimisation Specialist to deliver the divisional strategy which is set by the Senior Digital ManagerAssist with signing off content briefs across digital touchpoints such as mega menus, PLP and CLPs, and actions required for CRM support (emails nominations & sequencing etc).Develop skills within our systems (Fredhopper, STEP, Google Analytics) to execute daily tasksOwn the set up product attribution (including product flags onsite).Using data driven insights enabling you to regularly update product recommendations across the site (landing pages, email comms, paid marketing support noms)Assist the Optimisation Specialist in updating the divisional content calendars to capture onsite changesUnderstand the divisional performance and support the Optimisation Specialist with delivering actions to help drive revenue and conversionBe responsible for updating stock availability across Fashion product onsite.Understand and action solutions to minimise abandonments with support from the Trading ManagerPerform regular site walks across all devices ensuring site standards are adhered to and support in rectifying any issuesPerform regular competitor site walks, highlighting any key opportunities for improvementsA bit about youHow you’ll do it…you will be:Analytical and able to problem solve – you are comfortable using data to inform decisionsOrganised and proactive.
