The Production Associate plays a key role in supporting production operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products are prepared efficiently for shipment. What You'll Do As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include: Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions Stack and adjust paper sheets on production lines and shipping pallets Prepare and band pallets for shipment Assist machine operators in wet and dry processing areas after downtime Help restart production equipment and processes efficiently Sweep floors and clean machines of paper debris, resin, and dust Empty trash containers and dumpsters as needed Support production activities to help meet quality and productivity goals Perform additional duties and assignments as directed by management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED equivalent Good attendance and punctuality Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions and safety documentation Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Preferred 1-2 years of manufacturing experience Forklift experience Schedule & Benefits Rotating 12-hour shifts Work every other weekend Enjoy two 3-day weekends each month Opportunity for overtime as business needs require Stable full-time manufacturing position Career advancement opportunities for motivated employees Why Apply?
