Every meal we provide is fuelling our students learning, so it's only right that we serve them balanced, nutritional meals everyday. Our Menus Our dedicated team of catering professionals use fresh, local and seasonal ingredients to create delicious balanced meals for your children. Our menus vary to fit specific school dietary requests and other factors such as allergens, cultural or lifestyle preferences. You can view a sample copy of one of our current menus below. Our food values We are proud to: Did you know we freshly prepare meals on-site using unprocessed ingredients? This exceeds our requirements and supports our belief that children should have access to high quality food. We offer a range of different menus to cater to children’s dietary needs. This includes gluten free, pork-free, beef-free and beef and pork-free menus. Comply with School Food Standards and hold a Bronze Food for Life Served Here (FFLSH) Accreditation.* Be committed to sourcing our food responsibly and sustainably. Only buy from growers, producers and wholesalers who maintain a safe, reliable and fully traceable supply chain. Buy 100% British Milk. Use Lion Quality Free Range Eggs. Use seasonal British vegetables, when available. Use British Farm Assured and Red Tractor Certified Meat and Poultry Have local partnerships with butchers and green grocers. Exclusively use British potatoes. Ensure that all of our Fish is MSC Accredited. Make sure that we avoid using GM (genetically modified) foods and specified E Numbers, colourings, preservatives and additives. Proactively reduce sugar throughout our menus and hold the Sugarwise Gold accreditation in our Primary Schools. *We can also provide unofficial Silver and Gold standard FFLSH menus upon request. This will come at an increased price point to our usual Bronze standard menu offerings.
