It offers a supportive, nurturing team environment, clear career progression, and a thoughtful range of wellbeing benefits, including confidential therapeutic support and optional team exercise classes.The Role You will join the Chichester team as a senior lawyer, managing a varied and often complex caseload spanning divorce, financial remedy, children matters, cohabitation disputes, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. You will be expected to handle matters of significant value and sensitivity with a high degree of autonomy, while contributing to the strategic growth and profile of the practice.Enthusiasm for out-of-court dispute resolution is essential; the firm's approach is built around collaborative law, mediation, and constructive settlement wherever possible.
