As a Senior Power Platform Engineer, you will be working for our client, a global leader in digital solutions, committed to pushing the boundaries of technology to shape the future of financial services. Your main responsibilities: Independently develop and deliver applications, workflows, and automation using Power Platform tools, ensuring high quality and efficiency. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and communicate progress effectively. Lead coding best practices, conduct code reviews, and stay current with Power Platform trends to ensure delivery excellence. Perform feasibility studies and create proof of concepts to validate new ideas. Support and optimize DevOps environments, including CI/CD pipelines and environment management. Document technical specifications, user manuals, and best practices for future reference. Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing maintenance and support for Power Platform solutions. You're ideal for this role if you have: 5+ years of experience as a Power Platform Developer, including hands-on expertise with Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate (desired 2-3 years), and Power BI (nice to have). Strong skills in designing and implementing data models and proficiency with SQL and relational databases. Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD, Pipelines, Environment management. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for Canvas applications. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management, and effective communication in English. Cloud platform experience (GCP or AWS). Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and integration with Power Platform (desired). Previous experience in banking or financial services industry (nice to have). Familiarity with Jira (nice to have). Certifications such as Power Platform Developer and Azure DevOps Engineer (preferred).
