About the Role
This is a high-visibility role reporting into executive leadership, owning the company’s most critical initiatives across manufacturing, product development, and commercial performance.
If your background includes driving complex initiatives across plant operations, engineering, and go-to-market teams—and delivering measurable results—this is where that experience gets leveraged at the highest level.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Own and execute enterprise-level initiatives across operations, engineering, and commercial teams
Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and execution discipline across the business
Lead product development and commercialization efforts (NPI) in a manufacturing environment
Improve salesforce effectiveness, channel performance, and customer engagement
Implement tools and systems (including AI-enabled capabilities) to improve execution and visibility
Align cross-functional teams and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Report directly to executive leadership with clear, data-driven updates and ROI focus
What tends to work in this role:
Proven success leading high-impact initiatives in manufacturing or industrial companies
Strong understanding of plant operations, supply chain, and product commercialization
Experience with NPI, product launches, or engineering-driven programs
Exposure to commercial or go-to-market initiatives (sales, channels, pricing, etc.)
Ability to drive alignment across functions without direct authority
Track record of delivering results—not just building strategy
Why this role:
Direct access to CEO and executive team
Real ownership of initiatives that impact growth and performance
Blend of manufacturing execution + commercial transformation
Environment where execution and results matter
This is a builder / operator role, not a strategy-only position—ideal for someone who has led initiatives inside manufacturing organizations and wants broader enterprise impact.
