Tig Welder (Aerospace)

Pay: Up to $25/hour (DOE)
Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience welding a variety of materials with a strong focus on quality, safety, and productivity. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship and can effectively interpret blueprints and specifications while maintaining efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform weld preparation, TIG welding, and weld finishing operations

• Manufacture parts according to drawings, specifications, and work instructions

• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Meet daily production schedules

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of TIG welding experience

• Experience welding Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, and Inconel (required)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and hand/eye coordination

• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Preferred (Not Required)

• AWS welding certification or similar certifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
