In this demanding Scientist position, you will be the driving force behind the data-driven evaluation of our preclinical research projects. You will combine in-depth scientific expertise with modern data analysis to develop well-founded solutions. A key part of your role involves precisely processing complex data structures and presenting the results. Your main tasks, with a focus on data analysis and evaluation, include: systematic analysis and statistical evaluation of experimental data; critically assessing identifiable factors and drawing scientifically sound conclusions; and presentation and knowledge transfer, including the preparation of complex research results in clear presentations and technical reports. Method development & optimization: Research, creation, and recommendation of new analytical procedures and data-driven methods for the continuous improvement of our R&D processes. Scientific documentation: Formulation and review of verification and validation protocols as well as precise reports with minimal guidance.
- Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology , preferably with a focus on Cell Biology or Genetics , or a comparable, analytically oriented field.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the industry or diagnostics sector, ideally in positions focusing on R&D data analysis and experimental design.
- Knowledge of data analysis and the systematic evaluation of complex factor structures.
- Skills in presenting scientific data and the ability to communicate complex issues in a way that is appropriate and understandable for the target audience.
- Sound knowledge of scientific principles and the ability to confidently apply complex techniques in one's own field of expertise.
- Very good English and good German skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with experienced colleagues and interdisciplinary teams.
