About the Role
● To be responsible for manage sell-out store to end user (Analyze data sell-out, stock competitor activities)
● To be responsible for manage sell-through distributor to American Standard Priority Club and others Stores (Analyze data sell-through)
● To be responsible for manage sell-in from LIXIL to distributors (Analyze data sell-in, payment, shipment)
● To monitor and develop salesman’s distributor selling skill and product knowledge on distributor
● To be responsible for manage and evaluate SPG’s performance
● Make sure Display Product installed as standard as company requirement at the stores
● Take the ownership of marketing program execution and monitoring
● Acting as market intelligent related to blocking competitor strategy and create an opportunity within their assigned territory
● To conduct quarter business review with Distributor
● Regular visit to Distributor & Store
● Acting as Problem Solver for entire business within their assigned territory
● Monitor end to end after sales service processes that are related to customer complaints & requests.
● Strong in data analytics
● Abreast of regulation concern with EHS
