In the absence of a Clinical Supervisor, this position will oversee the treatment facility's clinical program/clinicians. font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Master's degree in human Services, psychology, social work, counseling, or mental/behavioral health-related field is required.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">3 years of full-time professional clinical experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings, including outpatient, residential, or correctional facilities.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Minimum 1 year full-time equivalent of clinical leadership experience in a supervisory or administrative role.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience supervising and mentoring clinical staff in the delivery of individual and group counseling services for individuals with substance use disorders.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and relapse prevention, with the ability to train and guide staff in their implementation.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Oversight of clinical documentation practices, ensuring accuracy and compliance in treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in accordance with state and federal guidelines.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Has working knowledge of all applicable federal and state rules and regulations, in addition to accreditation standards governing the CTC Division.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven oversight of clinical documentation practices, ensuring accuracy and compliance in treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in accordance with state and federal guidelines.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
