1:1 Behavioural Support Assistant – Mainstream school role

This mainstream school is looking for a 1:1 Behavioural Support Assistant to support a child with SEMH needs. You’ll help them access learning, manage behaviour, and feel safe in the classroom.

• 1:1 behavioural and emotional support
• Using strategies to de-escalate situations
• Encouraging positive choices and independence

You’ll need:

• Behaviour support or SEN experience
• A patient, resilient approach
• Confidence to work one-to-one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
