Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a Nurse Practitioner for an employee health role in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this locum tenens position, you’ll join an onsite health team to support workplace injury prevention, first aid triage, and early intervention for employees. This role emphasizes preventive care, documentation, and actionable reporting to help drive safer work outcomes.

Clinical Scope

  • Perform ergonomic assessments and implement corrective strategies to reduce workplace injuries
  • Provide first aid and triage support for musculoskeletal and non-musculoskeletal complaints
  • Educate employees on injury prevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle practices
  • Partner with safety managers and HR teams to improve workforce wellbeing
  • Document assessments and provide actionable insights through data reporting
  • Support early intervention and return-to-work plans for injured employees

Requirements

  • NP degree
  • NCCPA or AANP certification
  • Active Pennsylvania state license
  • DEA (as required for the role)
  • BLS certification
  • Occupational medicine experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in industrial, occupational health, or sports medicine settings
  • Ergonomics and injury prevention experience
  • Familiarity with OSHA recordability and workers’ compensation procedures
  • CEAS or OSHA10 certification
