The Finance Associate – Level III to Level II performs both basic and advanced financial analyses and reporting to support management decision-making. This role contributes to budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and effective financial governance. The position operates with minimal supervision and plays a key role in driving financial insights, process improvements, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present periodic financial reports for management, highlighting key insights, areas of concern, and follow-up actions.
Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Analyze financial data to assist departmental budgets and forecasts, and explain expense variances to improve cost control and spending awareness.
Perform detailed product and manufacturing cost analysis , identifying cost drivers and opportunities for efficiency improvement.
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including purchase requisitions, invoice reconciliation, supplier payments, and check requests.
Handle direct tax workings , ensuring accurate computation and compliance with applicable regulations.
Respond to queries related to monthly financial performance and budget data.
Generate ad hoc reports and contribute to special projects as required.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
Experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
