About the Role
Rothes Medical Practice, Pitteuchar Health Centre, Glenrothes, Fife, KY7 4RH Hours: 18 hours spread over 4 days (0800-1230 and/or 1330-1800) Salary £24800-£26000 (WTE) depending on experience We are looking for friendly and reliable people to join our hardworking reception team. You must possess excellent communication skills, be empathetic and enjoy working with the general public. Duties will include dealing with patients at reception and over the telephone, booking and cancelling appointments, signposting patients to appropriate services, issuing prescriptions, processing mail, and all other administrative duties. You should have excellent attention to detail and you must maintain patient confidentiality at all times. You should be able to work on your own, under pressure and as part of a team. Experience of working in a GP practice setting and the use of EMIS/Vision and Docman is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
