Role Summary
A Warehouse Team Leader is required to oversee daily operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment in Hayes.
You will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring productivity targets are met, and maintaining high standards across accuracy, efficiency, and health & safety. The role involves hands-on leadership, performance management, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse operations including picking, packing, goods-in and dispatch
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse operatives
- Allocate and prioritise workloads to maximise productivity
- Monitor performance and resolve operational issues
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain compliance with SOPs and quality standards
- Train and develop team members
- Oversee stock control, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain health & safety compliance across the warehouse
- Ensure a clean and organised working environment
- Produce KPI reports on productivity and performance
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations
- Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines
