Job Description
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including case management and investigations.
- Work on recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain talent.
- Deliver HR-related training and development initiatives.
- Analyse HR data to support decision-making and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
- Collaborate with various teams to support organisational objectives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- A strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Knowledge the Tupe process
- Experience in providing HR support within a professional environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Competence in analysing and interpreting HR data.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
What's on Offer
- A salary of £46,000 to £50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
