It works with national and multinational clients across the public and private sectors, combining sector expertise with a forward-thinking, commercially sharp approach. The Team The Regeneration Development & Infrastructure team specialises in large-scale projects, acting for national and local government, public-private partnerships, and major energy and utility clients. The team is part of a wider real estate practice that brings together specialists in grant funding, planning, compulsory purchase, subsidy control, commercial, and construction law to provide a full-service offering.This particular sub-group focuses on property-related legal matters across the energy, utilities, and infrastructure sectors, advising on land rights, access, and assembly for critical projects such as grid upgrades and pipeline installations. The work is technically demanding, collaborative, and sits at the intersection of real estate, infrastructure, and public sector delivery.The Role You will support the delivery of major projects by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating property agreements including leases, easements, wayleaves, licences, and land acquisition documents. You will advise on land rights and title issues, conduct due diligence, manage land access strategies, and negotiate third-party rights and consents.
