<p><strong>HR Advisor / HR Business Partner </strong></p> <p>We’re partnering with a forward-thinking organisation to recruit a proactive HR Advisor / Junior HR Business Partner to join a busy and fast-paced HR function. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a varied generalist role, supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.</p> <p>Rayleigh– Monday &#8211; Friday</p> <p>£34,000 – £38,000 DOE</p> <p>May require some travel to other locations – plenty of notice given</p> <p><strong><u>The Opportunity</u></strong></p> <p>You’ll act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on a wide range of people matters, while working closely with senior HR stakeholders to deliver impactful HR solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.</p> <p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <p>Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers and employees on a broad range of people issues</p> <p>Support employee relations cases including absence, performance, disciplinary, and grievance matters</p> <p>Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and best practice</p> <p>Partner with stakeholders to support people initiatives and business decision-making</p> <p>Assist with onboarding, training, and employee development activities</p> <p>Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects</p> <p>Support recruitment activity, including screening and coordination</p> <p>Assist with reward processes, reporting, and HR administration</p> <p><strong><u>About You</u></strong></p> <p>Previous experience in an HR Advisor or generalist HR role</p> <p>Strong working knowledge of UK employment law</p> <p>Confident managing employee relations cases end-to-end</p> <p>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</p> <p>Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload</p> <p>CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) desirable</p> <p><strong><u>What’s on Offer</u></strong></p> <p>Salary £34,000 – £38,000 (DOE)</p> <p>Monday to Friday working pattern (Hybrid)</p> <p>Broad, hands-on HR exposure with development opportunities</p>
