Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute complex audit projects, including defining scope and reporting
- Oversee work completed by junior audit staff, providing coaching
- Create risk-based audit programs
- Identify and evaluate internal controls, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- 7+ years of public accounting experience
- CPA
- Ability to travel up to 30% (domestic and international)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $125,000–$135,000
- This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance
Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
