Job Summary
Our client is a cultural and philanthropic organization, and they are re-imagining how they can use data, software, and systems to provide a seamless and welcoming experience for visitors, both on-site and online. This position plays a central role in this effort by managing large and complex technical projects to advance this work. This is a three-year limited term position.
This position leads projects from original concept through final implementation. Two major initiatives will anchor the incumbent’s initial project portfolio. The first is managing projects related to a Digital Signage Initiative. This effort aims to centralize and streamline the hardware and software infrastructure—including a content management system (CMS)—that supports digital signage for visitors to the campus. The second is managing technology projects that improve the Parking experience, including hardware modernization, pre-payment, and expedited entry and exit. Together, these efforts support key strategic initiatives that advance an improved visitor experience.
This position is a hybrid work environment opportunity, not a permanent remote assignment. The successful candidate must be a California resident when employment begins, reside within a commutable distance, and must work at least one day per week on campus.
