Interim Performance Analyst
Based in London, hybrid working (3 days a week onsite)
Length: 3-6 months
We are seeking an interim Performance Analyst to play a pivotal role in the timely and accurate completion of the Council’s CiN Census returns.
Key responsibilities and skills required;
- Experienced performance analyst ideally with background in children’s social care data
- Strong knowledge of statutory returns and reporting requirements, particularly within a Children’s Services context
- Lead on the timely and accurate completion of this year’s CiN Census and 903, working with our existing performance team
- Good working knowledge of databases / case management systems, ideally Mosaic and be able to take ownership for supporting and delivering improvements in data quality through these key statutory returns
- Work collaboratively across the Performance team and a range of services across our Children, Lifelong Learning and Families Division
- Display good communication skills and be comfortable managing statutory return processes with involvement from different stakeholders
