About the Role:

Justteachers is recruiting a nurturing and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant for a long-term role in a primary school in Liversedge. The school is committed to providing a stimulating and supportive Early Years environment where children can develop confidence, independence and a love of learning. A permanent position is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Deliver engaging activities to support early literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
• Assist with observations, assessments and tracking pupil progress.
• Support children’s social, emotional and behavioural development.
• Help maintain a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers, support staff and parents to support pupil outcomes.

Pre-requisites:

• Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.
• Experience working within an EYFS setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• A caring, patient and proactive approach.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and practice.
• Ability to provide two education-based references.
