Head of Business Development

The Role
We’re seeking a Head of Business Development to drive growth by opening doors at the right level, nurturing opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships. You’ll be the first point of contact for new enterprise AI opportunities, guiding prospects from initial curiosity through to signed deals.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and grow relationships with medium-to-large enterprise SaaS, software, and tech organisations.
  • Leverage your network to bring in warm opportunities while driving smart outbound outreach.
  • Guide prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring they see the commercial and technical value of AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and design leads to engage senior stakeholders (CTOs, Heads of Product, Innovation Directors).
  • Represent the company externally at events, meetings, and innovation forums.

What You Bring

  • A strong network across B2B tech, particularly SaaS and enterprise software.
  • Proven track record in complex, consultative sales—taking high-value deals from first conversation to signature.
  • Ability to balance technical discussions with commercial outcomes.
  • Experience working with medium-to-large enterprises.
  • Energy, curiosity, and a genuine enthusiasm for how AI and emerging tech solve real-world problems.
