- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitOps, and configuration-as-code practices.
- Experience implementing reconciliation mechanisms for policy enforcement, drift detection, and auto-remediation.
- Hands-on experience with observability tools including Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and ELK.
- Experience designing dashboards, alerts, and compliance monitoring solutions.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes security, IAM, RBAC, SSO, and compliance enforcement.
- Experience collaborating with Platform Engineering, Security, and DevOps teams to implement secure, scalable automation solutions.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design and architecture decisions.
- Experience with OPA Gatekeeper, Kyverno, or other policy-as-code frameworks.
- Exposure to SOC2, ISO 27001, export control, or similar compliance frameworks.
- Experience building drift detection and automated remediation solutions.
- Contributions to DevOps, security automation, or open-source projects.
