About the Role

<h5><span><strong>We are looking for an Maintenance Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible</strong></span></h5><p></p><h4><span><strong>YOUR TASKS</strong></span></h4><ul><li><p><span>You act as the local point of contact for ECM 2-related maintenance activities, with a primary focus on the new locomotive series (MS3 and Vectron)</span></p></li><li><p><span>You ensure compliance with EU Regulation 2019/779 as well as applicable national technical and maintenance regulations</span></p></li><li><p><span>You provide hands-on technical support for the locomotive fleet, supporting maintenance teams and operational staff</span></p></li><li><p><span>You analyze technical faults and failures in cooperation with railway operators, ensuring structured root cause analysis and corrective actions</span></p></li><li><p><span>You support the evaluation and implementation of vehicle modifications, including technical assessment, documentation, and follow-up</span></p></li><li><p><span>You create, review, and maintain maintenance documentation and specifications for locomotives</span></p></li><li><p><span>You interface with technical editing, configuration management, and engineering to ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance data</span></p></li><li><p><span>&nbsp;You coordinate with local authorities and external stakeholders to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h4><span><strong>YOUR PROFILE</strong></span></h4><ul><li><p><span>You hold a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field</span></p></li><li><p><span>You bring several years of experience in product and configuration management, ideally in rail vehicle maintenance or a similar industry</span></p></li><li><p><span>You have strong knowledge of ECM requirements under EU Regulation 2019/779 and relevant technical standards</span></p></li><li><p><span>You are skilled in using product and configuration management tools and systems</span></p></li><li><p><span>You think analytically, solve problems efficiently, and work in a structured, organized manner</span></p></li><li><p><span>You work well in teams, collaborating effectively across departments and with external partners</span></p></li><li><p>Your fluent Polish and English language skills round off your profile.
