<p><strong>European Road Freight Coordinator / Supervisor – Export</strong></p>

<h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3>
<p>As a key member of the operations team, you will support and coordinate the day-to-day running of European import/export movements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate <strong>European road freight shipments</strong>, ensuring timely and efficient delivery</li>
<li>Support <strong>import/export operations</strong> and ensure compliance with customs procedures</li>
<li>Assist with <strong>costing, quotations, and invoicing</strong></li>
<li>Liaise with <strong>drivers, subcontractors, and European partners</strong></li>
<li>Monitor <strong>deliveries, transport costs, and service performance</strong></li>
<li>Plan routes and manage daily transport schedules</li>
<li>Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly and professionally</li>
<li>Support operational reporting and KPI tracking</li>
<li>Assist with team coordination, workload distribution, and daily supervision (for Supervisor level)</li>
<li>Ensure all activities are carried out in line with company procedures and compliance standards</li>
</ul>
<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in <strong>European road freight / transport operations</strong></li>
<li>Good understanding of <strong>import/export processes and customs requirements</strong></li>
<li>Experience in a <strong>coordinator or supervisory role</strong> (or ready to step up)</li>
<li>Familiarity with transport planning and logistics systems</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong organisational and multitasking ability</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)</li>
<li>Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>IT literate (Microsoft Office; transport systems experience advantageous)</li>
