As Country Promotion Manager for the Cardiology Area, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming key account relationships into meaningful healthcare solutions. By understanding the challenges faced by providers and patients alike, you’ll drive initiatives that improve access, elevate care standards, and make a real difference in people’s lives.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales, promotion, and development in designated accounts to achieve commercial goalsDevelop and execute tailored key account strategies and action plansLead contract negotiations and support targeted initiatives for strategic accountsAnalyze market trends and competitor activity to inform account planningOrganize customer events and programs aligned with business objectivesEnsure timely and accurate CRM data entry and stakeholder mappingCoach and support sales team development through training and performance guidanceEssential RequirementsProven experience in key account management within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industryDemonstrated success in driving sales and revenue growth in complex account environmentsStrong understanding of clinical trial design, data interpretation, and reportingExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across cross-functional teamsProficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-makingFluency in English, both written and spokenDesirable RequirementsPrevious experience in a similar position will be an advantageExperience managing or mentoring sales teams in a matrixed, cross-functional environmentFamiliarity with solid tumor or hematology therapeutic areasRewardsAt Novartis, we’re committed to reimagining medicine together - and rewarding the people who make it happen.Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role:· Poland: PLN 224,800 – 417,400The salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.The rewards of being part of our team go far beyond base pay and incentives.
