Key Responsibilities - Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process.
- Respond to resident inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist with lease renewals, resident retention efforts, and community events.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within property management systems.
- Support the property management team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional responsibilities as needed.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, prospects, and team members.
Qualifications - Minimum of 1 year of leasing experience required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive with a go-getter mentality.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Experience with Entrata is preferred but not required.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Professional appearance and ability to maintain a business professional dress code.
ScheduleMonday – Friday: 9: 00 AM – 6: 00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Saturday: 10: 00 AM – 5: 00 PM
Sunday: 12: 00 PM – 5: 00 PM
