Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Location: Lavonia, Georgia 30553
Hourly Rate: $25 and up based on experience
Schedule: 6am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri / 6a-2:30pm, Sat
Job Overview
Join our team as a Quality Control Inspector. You'll ensure that structural and miscellaneous steel members meet project standards through inspections, documentation, and adherence to quality procedures, all while earning $25 per hour.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect materials and fabrication processes for quality adherence
- Maintain and supervise the QC Traveler through job stages
- Document findings and compile clear reports
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to enforce quality standards
- Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
What We’re Looking For
- Five years of metal fabrication experience
- Proficient in reading blueprints
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Advanced math skills
- Problem-solving abilities
