Management Master Class Tutor & Coach

Remote | Permanent | Full time | Up to £37,000 DOE

There are management trainers who just impart knowledge and theory and there are management trainers who inspire their learners and challenge them to go beyond what the individual thought possible through effective coaching and innovative learning. The latter is the sought of management trainer we are looking for. 

You'd be working for a very well established training provider who has successfully made a name and reputation for themselves as a provider of exceptional management training.  As a Management Trainer you'd be working with managers who wish to learn the key essentials of becoming an effective manager but also take the next step into leadership.  Your role would be to use your skills and expertise to take them there.

Management Master Class Tutor & Coach – What you’ll be doing..

• You'll be delivering Management level 3 and 5 to a cohort of learners within mainly blue chip organisations. There will be some well known, household names to complement your CV and personal portfolio. 
• Working closely with your learners you'll be delivering Management Master Classes via teams in addition to one to one coaching sessions.  
• Management Trainers in this organisation work collaboratively with the learners' employers and regular client meetings are structured to ensure client satisfaction and to check on the ongoing progress of your learners within the work place. 
• As a Management Trainer, you'll be offered regular feedback on your own performance so you too will benefit from continual professional development and the ability to enhance your skill set.  It is vital your abilities are constantly developed. 
• Whilst this is essentially a Management Trainer role, there is the option to deliver other subjects either commercially or as part of this training provider's apprenticeship programme offerings. 

Management Master Class Tutor & Coach – What we’re looking for..

• A formal business or management qualification to level 5 - such as HND, Foundation degree, ILM or CMI level 5, degree etc. 
• Previous, recent experience delivering apprenticeships.
• A formal training or assessing qualification desirable.
• Previous experience in a managerial role.  It is important that you are able to use your own experiences to contextualise the management models you deliver. 
• You will be working autonomously so you must be self motivated and have a dedicated, quiet work space at home.
