Our clients are building products from zero to one and care deeply about hiring people who ship, take ownership, and build real systems.
We are looking for strong Technical Recruiters to join ParleyX and own hiring for deeply technical roles at fast moving AI startups.
This role is for people who think clearly, care about execution, and take real ownership.
Responsibilities
Own the full recruiting process from role kickoff through offer acceptance
Design and execute sourcing strategies to find strong technical candidates
Proactively source through LinkedIn, technical communities, and direct outreach
Work closely with founders, hiring managers, and engineers to define roles and hiring criteria
Screen candidates for technical depth, problem solving ability, and evidence of ownership in real systems
Evaluate candidates on what they have built, shipped, or owned, not just where they have worked
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Keep candidates informed and engaged with clear, timely communication
Use data and recruiting tools to improve pipeline quality and speed
Support offer discussions and coordination through close
Qualifications
3+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
Experience hiring engineers, product, or technical roles in startup environments
Strong sourcing skills and comfort finding candidates beyond inbound applicants
Clear, thoughtful communicator with strong relationship building skills
Candidate-focused and thoughtful about long-term fit
Data-oriented and comfortable using metrics to guide decisions
Genuine interest in AI and technology with a desire to keep learning
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Experience with Ashby or similar ATS
Job Details
Hybrid role with 1–2 days per week in the office
Based in London
Salary range: £60,000–£80,000, depending on experience
