We’re looking for an ambitious Leasing Manager to lead the lease-up of an exciting co-living development, delivering an exceptional resident experience from day one. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in launching a vibrant, community-driven living space designed for modern urban lifestyles.

Salary: up to £45,000 per annum + Bonus

About the Role

As Leasing Manager, you will take full ownership of the lease-up strategy and execution for this new development. You’ll be the driving force behind occupancy, leading marketing initiatives, managing enquiries, and creating a seamless leasing journey for prospective residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lease-up process, achieving occupancy targets within agreed timelines
• Deliver engaging property tours and convert enquiries into signed leases
• Develop and execute creative marketing and outreach strategies
• Build and nurture a strong community atmosphere aligned with the co-living concept
• Manage leasing systems, reporting, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and onsite teams
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in residential leasing, build-to-rent, or co-living environments
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding leasing targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
