Private Client Solicitor - Trusts and Estates

The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well-regarded and supportive law firm in Liverpool. This role offers the chance to handle a high-quality and varied caseload, working closely with high-net-worth clients on matters including wills, probate, estate planning, trusts and succession planning. You’ll be joining a collaborative team with a strong reputation in private client work, where you’ll be trusted to manage your own caseload while continuing to develop your expertise within a supportive environment.

The Role

You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, delivering clear and practical legal advice, and contributing to the continued success of a respected private client department.

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts and succession planning
• Providing clear, empathetic and commercially minded advice to clients
• Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
• Working collaboratively with colleagues while also managing files independently
• Ensuring a high standard of client care and legal service delivery

What They're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in Private Client law
• Strong experience handling wills, probate, estate planning and trust matters
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and independently
• A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal advice
