Process Operator

As a Process Operator, you will play a vital role in our clients’ manufacturing operations, ensuring the safe and efficient packing of pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining large-scale packaging line, troubleshooting technical issues, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: Operate and monitor high-speed pharmaceutical packaging lines to ensure efficient and consistent output. Carry out routine checks and basic maintenance to minimise downtime. Follow cGMP guidelines and quality standards at all times. Work with supervisors and quality teams to quickly resolve packaging issues. Accurately complete batch records and documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to boost efficiency and reduce waste. Handle finished product components carefully to maintain quality. The Candidate: Good practical skills Who can work quickly and accurately To have previously worked in a similar role or has an understanding of a pharmaceutical environment To also make sure that all products are of a high standard and quality You will be expected to carry out a variety of tasks working on various production and packaging lines Must have previous experience working within a manufacturing or production industry You must be prepared to follow the work patterns which is – 6.00am – 14.00pm, 14.00pm – 22.00pm & 22.00pm – 06.00am
