If you enjoy troubleshooting, rebuilding equipment, and working with complex mechanical systems, this is the role for you.</p><p><strong><span>Why You’ll Want This Job</span></strong></p><ul> <li>Competitive hourly pay with off<span>‑</span>shift premium</li> <li>Sign<span>‑</span>on bonus for qualified external candidates</li> <li>Stable, long<span>‑</span>term role in an aerospace industrial environment</li> <li>Strong benefits package including medical, 401(k), paid time off, and holidays</li> <li>Hands<span>‑</span>on mechanical work with large<span>‑</span>scale industrial equipment</li> <li>Team<span>‑</span>oriented environment with opportunities to apply a wide range of skills</li> <li>Work that directly supports efficient and safe production</li> </ul><p><strong><span>What You’ll Do</span></strong></p><p>• Coordinate and perform maintenance on production and operational equipment<br>• Diagnose and repair <strong>mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system malfunctions</strong><br>• Rebuild and repair equipment throughout the plant to maintain reliability<br>• Read and interpret <strong>blueprints and schematic drawings</strong> to determine work procedures<br>• Dismantle, move, align, assemble, and install machinery and equipment<br>• Construct machine foundations and properly secure equipment<br>• Assemble and install shafting, conveyors, rails, and related components<br>• Bolt, weld, rivet, or otherwise fasten equipment to foundations or structures<br>• Follow all safety rules, policies, and work directives at all times</p><p><strong><span>What You Bring</span></strong></p><p>• High school diploma or GED<br>• <strong>3–5 years of maintenance/millwright experience preferred</strong>, or an equivalent combination of training and experience<br>• Strong understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics<br>• Ability to read and work from schematics and drawings<br>• Proven mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills<br>• Ability to work professionally and effectively with all levels of personnel<br>• Self‑motivated, dependable, and safety‑focused approach to work</p><p><strong><span></span></strong><span></span></p><p><span></span><span></span></p><p> </p><p>
