About the Role

Site Manager – Kilkenny

DOE: €65k – €70K

 

Company Overview:

A construction contractor with ongoing projects across Ireland is seeking a Site Manager to join their team on a commercial refurbishment and fit-out project.

 

Job Summary:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
  • Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
  • Checking plans, drawings and supervision of subcontractors across the project.
  • Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
  • Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme.
  • Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site and ensuring that regulations are adhered to.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
  • Refurbishment and fit out experience.
  • Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.
  • A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good knowledge of safety and quality management.
