Bowman has an opportunity for a Right of Way Project Analyst to join our team in Manassas, Virginia.

Purpose
Collaborate with Right of Way Agents/Customer Outreach Specialists, Project and Senior Project Managers and other leadership, manage daily workflow of ROW projects to ensure project deadlines are achieved.
Responsibilities
Leadership and Direction
- Receive general instruction on key objectives for execution. Receive direction as needed, and especially complex assignments, modified techniques, and new approaches on assignments with conflicting criteria. Work is completed using advanced techniques and principles and is reviewed by more senior staff to ensure application of sound professional judgement. Review work produced by junior staff for quality assurance.
At the Operational and Company Level
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for project due diligence but also during construction activities for the projects.
Do the Work
- Understand and manage the workflow on projects, including initial project kick-off and daily metrics, work in close coordination with internal teams.
- Coordinate multiple projects; create and/or update project plans (monitor the acquisition processes, proactively communicate with project stakeholders).
- Under the direction of senior leadership, assist in project planning for ROW.
- Assist senior leadership with business development opportunities.
- Prepare project tracking reports, reconcile database, and ensure project schedules and budget are met.
- Adapt to changes in project process and scope and proactively assist in problem solving.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Three or more (3+) years of related experience (ideally in professional services and/or project management).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional real estate license in applicable state or the ability to obtain one within 3 months (90 days) of hire is required.
