Job Description
  • Responsible for series of license renewals and ongoing regulatory notifications to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Oversight of WIC license renewals and ongoing regulatory notifications to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Database maintenance of current license fees, renewal dates, and vendor information.
  • Work with business operations and category teams on expansion of licensed locations.
  • Maintain electronic license files and supply copies upon request.
  • Correspond with federal, state, and local agencies regarding license renewals.
  • Review and respond to licensing related correspondence.
Critical Information
  • Hybrid schedule with required onsite days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
  • Safety Sensitive position.
Education/Licenses Needed
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) required.
  • Preferred - Associates Degree.
