Department Housing & Residence Life, Facilities Management-OPS Compensation $14.00 Hourly Required Qualifications Position Summary The successful candidate will have the willingness and ability to quickly learn methods of repair and should possess good communication skills, be flexible with a variety of assignments, and must be able to exercise good judgment. Required Skills and Abilities: Willingness and ability to quickly learn methods of repair Good communication skills Flexibility with a variety of assignments Ability to exercise good judgment Preferred Qualifications: Experience using hand tools and handheld power tools preferred Appointment Duration: Position will be from April 27th to mid-August with the possibility of employment through the Fall 2026 / Spring 2027 academic year. Work Schedule: Approximately 25 hours a week Occasional weekend work may be required Position is primarily Monday through Friday Scheduled hours occurring between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Statement(s) of Understanding This position requires a background check.
