<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound B2B calls to engage decision‑makers, introduce services, qualify interest, and book appointments for the sales team.</p>
<p>Your responsibilities will include:</p>

<li>Making outbound calls to Polish‑speaking business contacts</li>
<li>Holding confident, persuasive conversations with decision‑makers</li>
<li>Qualifying leads and identifying genuine opportunities</li>
<li>Booking appointments and updating call outcomes accurately</li>

<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>

<li>Fluent Polish speaker</li>
<li>Strong phone confidence – ideally with <strong>outbound calling or sales experience</strong>
</li>
<li>Engaging, and able to build rapport quickly</li>
<li>Target‑driven with a positive, proactive attitude</li>
<li>Reliable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment</li>
</ul>
