Maintenance Supervisor<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><div><p>The <b>Mill Maintenance Supervisor</b> is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all mill equipment and facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This role leads a team of maintenance personnel and works closely with production to minimize downtime and optimize performance.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians and mechanics</p></li><li><p>Plan and execute <b>preventive and predictive maintenance programs</b></p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot equipment failures and ensure timely repairs</p></li><li><p>Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements</p></li><li><p>Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards</p></li><li><p>Manage maintenance schedules to reduce production interruptions</p></li><li><p>Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies</p></li><li><p>Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and documentation</p></li><li><p>Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staff</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with external contractors and vendors when needed</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Required Education/Experience:</p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred</p></li><li><p>5+ years of industrial maintenance experience</p></li><li><p>1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems</p></li><li><p>Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)</p></li><li><p><b>Low Pressure Boiler License preferred; willing to train the right candidate</b></p></li><li><p>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Skills & Competencies needed:</p><ul><li><p>Problem-solving and troubleshooting</p></li><li><p>Team leadership and decision-making</p></li><li><p>Time management and multitasking</p></li><li><p>Safety awareness and compliance</p></li><li><p>Attention to detail</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Work Conditions:</p><ul><li><p>Industrial mill or plant environment</p></li><li><p>Exposure to noise, dust, heat, and heavy machinery</p></li><li><p>May require overtime, weekends, or on-call availability</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Shift:</b> 1st Shift; Mon - Fri: 6:30 am - 4:00 pm, with potential weekends and off shifts when needed.</p><p><b>Salary Range</b>: $70,800 - $106,200</p><p>In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges</p></div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>About Land O'Lakes, Inc.</b></p><p></p><p>Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
