<strong>Adult’s Social Worker, Care Act Assessments, Aylesbury </strong><br><strong>Pay rate to £38 per hour </strong><br><strong>Contract role, Care Act Assessments </strong><br><strong> </strong><br>Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Buckinghamshire <br>This is to work within Section 9 and 10 of the Care Act. <br>You will need to <br><ul><li>Demonstrate a sound knowledge base of the Care Act, Safeguarding and other relevant Adult Social Care legislation and how it applies in practice </li><ul><li>Demonstrate a technical ability to effectively apply the Care Act criteria in practice and undertake robust assessments of need, Mental Capacity Assessments (where applicable) and person-centred Care and Support Planning </li></ul></ul> <br>Don’t forget, if this role isn’t the perfect fit, we’re confident we can find one that is.
