Wire Operations Specialist

RemX is hiring Banking Wire Operations Specialist for a reputable organization in Little Rock AR.

Direct Hire ( No contract)

Pay: $22 Fully onsite- Little Rock, Arkansas 72223

Schedule: Monday to Friday (no Saturdays) Hours: 7am to 4pm CST

Must have:

Hands-on experience actually processing and completing the wires end to end.Competently manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, route calls appropriately, and follow established communication scripts for designated topics.Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve problems within assigned authority and Bank policy, provide solutions or alternatives, and escalate priority matters as necessary.
