Asset Manager District Heating

Asset Manager District Heating £70,000 plus excellent package London MC Technical Recruitment are partnered with a leading provider of district heating networks throughout the UK & beyond for the recruitment of an Asset Manager, to work a role based out of sites in London. As an Asset Manager you will have the opportunity to work on existing & future District Heating projects, in a fast-expanding business. As the Asset Manager, you will be responsible for: Delivering mew energy projects during build & operational phases. Meeting with stakeholders & customers, maintaining good relationships. Identifying growth opportunities within the Districting Heating networks. Reporting to the Asset Director. Other duties as required To be considered for this role you should have: Experience of contract negotiation & commercial & financial administration. Experience in cost control, financial modelling etc. The ability to drive strategic plans to drive business growth A strong background in district heating systems or related energy infrastructure projects This is a permanent position based in London; due to the requirement to visit customer sites from time to time you will need a full UK driving licence.
