About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a well-established Spanish restaurant in Richmond. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a dynamic kitchen, showcasing authentic Spanish cuisine while managing a talented team and driving high standards.
What You’ll Need:
3-4 years of experience as a Head Chef in a high-quality environment.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Spanish cuisine.
Spanish language skills are a plus but not essential.
Proven ability to manage BOH operations, including compliance, stock management, and team development.
A track record of training, mentoring, and motivating a successful kitchen team.
